Meal Plan Change Form

**All first year students and students with less than 30 Institutional credit hours are required to have a meal plan.**

Meal Plan Change Schedule: Throughout the semester, meal plans begin each week on Saturday and end at midnight on Friday. Meals not used during the week will not roll over into the next. Please see below for more information on when your requested change will be reflected on your account.

Adding a Meal Plan: Students without a meal plan can add a meal plan at any time during the semester. Additions will be reflected within 24 business hours. If a student does not select a meal plan, we will add the 21 meal plan to your account automatically.

Upgrading a Meal Plan: Students hoping to upgrade their current meal plan to a higher amount can do so any time throughout the semester. Changes will be reflected on the Friday/Saturday meal plan renewal timeline.

Downgrading/Canceling a Meal Plan: The final deadline to drop or downgrade your meal plan for the Spring semester to a lower amount is Tuesday, September 2nd, 2025, however meal plan charges begin on Friday, August 15th, 2025. Changes will be reflected on the Friday/Saturday meal plan renewal timeline. If you are submitting this form to downgrade or cancel your meal plan AFTER the September 2nd deadline, NO changes will be made to your account for the Fall Semester.
