Campus Strides is an event for all students of any fitness level. We'll take a relaxed 2-3 mile (this may vary) run at a slow pace, sticking together as a group while exploring campus and nearby areas. Each session wraps up with a time of reflection, sharing the highlights of our week, and a time for encouraging one another. It's a good way to stay active, connect with others, and pause to appreciate the good in our lives.
